At the Council of Independent Colleges Media Conference on June 27, Roland King moderated a roundtable on developing a President’s Page on college websites to showcase the president’s background, priorities, media placements, and more. His handout, above, includes links to ten interesting president’s pages as idea starters, and also offers navigation suggestions for placement of the page on the institution’s site.
After analyzing dozens of president’s pages at a wide variety of public and private institutions, he also developed a list of 24 possible elements that might be included on the page, with links to examples:
